This page explains how Hospital Bed for Home is funded and how we label anything that is paid for.
What is paid for today
Nothing. The site currently runs no advertising, sponsored placements, paid reviews, or affiliate links, and no manufacturer has paid to be included in any guide.
What may be paid for in the future
We may add the following. We’ll update this page before any of them goes live:
- Quote and consultation requests routed to a named seller or service, with the company named on the button or form. Contacting a seller will not change our rankings.
- Sponsored listings and featured brand placements paid for by manufacturers or retailers, always labeled “Sponsored.”
- Display advertising, always labeled “Advertisement.”
How we label paid content
- Labels use plain words (“Sponsored,” “Advertisement,” or “Sponsored by [Brand]”) and appear before the content, on every device.
- Paid units look visibly different from editorial content and are never placed inside rankings or comparison tables.
- Links in paid units carry
rel="sponsored". - If a manufacturer ever lends or gives a product for evaluation, or pays for travel, we say so on the page.
Independence
Payment never buys a place in a comparison, ranking, rating, or verdict. Read the full rules in ouradvertising policy.
